My name is Pastry Chef Dana, founder of Lawful Delicacies LLC, and this space was created to share more than recipes. It’s a place for craftsmanship, discipline, reflection, and the quiet work that happens behind the scenes of a growing bakehouse.

I’ve spent over a decade in the baking world—learning, refining, failing, restarting, and committing myself to excellence in both skill and character. Baking, for me, has never been just about sweetness. It’s about intention. Precision. Patience. And doing things the right way, even when no one is watching.

Why I Bake


I specialize in unleavened baked goods—yeast-free treats that challenge the assumption that simple means lacking. If anything, they require more care. More attention. More understanding of ingredients and process.
